I have taken 200g of Plain Flour
Add 1/4 Tsp of Baking Soda
and 1 1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder
Now Sift the flour to another bowl
By Sifting the Baking soda and Baking powder will mix well
with the flour
Keep the sifted flour aside
Now add 200g of Butter in a bowl
And add 200g of Sugar
Now beat the Butter and Sugar
Beat till creamy
Usually it will take 5 to 10 minutes
Try to get fine sugar so the beating time will be less
Once the Butter and Sugar is beaten well
Take 4 Eggs
Add 1 egg at a time and beat for 30 seconds
and add the second egg
after adding each egg beat for 30 seconds only
After adding the eggs . The batter looks very creamy
Now add the Sifted flour little by little
and beat
Finally add 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Beat for 10 seconds
Now the cake batter is ready
Grease cake Tray and line it with Baking Paper
I have taken 8x8 Inch Tray
