Its common to make Fish curry with Tamarind water. But, Some people due to medication or illness won't be able to include tamarind in their curries. Alot of people specially the elderly people omit tamarind as it it not good for their illness. So, try this way , you will be surprised as the taste is the same and how you can get the same taste of fish curry/ meen kulambu without even adding tamarind.
So try this Simple Fish curry and A delicious Fish Curry even without adding Tamarind water.

Fish - 500g
Onion - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Curry Leaves - Few
Tomatoes - 3
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Chilly Powder - 3 Tsp
Curry Powder - 4 Tsp
Salt - 1 & 1/2 Tsp
Water - 1 Cup
Coconut Milk - 1 Cup
